Acceptable Use Policy

This policy sets out what you may not do with the XEWI platform, which is provided by KF Premium LTD. It forms part of our Terms of Service. It applies to you and to anyone who uses the Service through your account.

1. Lawful use and Amazon's rules

You must not use the Service:

  1. in breach of any law or regulation, including consumer protection, advertising, product safety, competition, data protection, sanctions and tax law;
  2. in breach of Amazon's agreements and policies, including the Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement, the Amazon Advertising Agreement, program policies, and the Selling Partner API Acceptable Use and Data Protection Policies;
  3. to sell or promote prohibited, restricted, counterfeit, unsafe or infringing products.

2. Marketplace manipulation

You must not use the Service, or its outputs, to:

  1. create, solicit, buy or manipulate reviews, ratings or feedback;
  2. manipulate search rankings, sales rank or advertising auctions in ways Amazon prohibits;
  3. interfere with, sabotage or file bad-faith reports against other sellers' listings or accounts; or
  4. publish statements about identifiable competitors that present XEWI's analysis or hypotheses as fact, or that are false, defamatory or misleading.

3. Data and privacy

You must not:

  1. connect an Amazon account you are not authorised to connect;
  2. use personal data made available through the Service (for example, buyer data in order or tax reports) for any purpose other than fulfilling orders and meeting your legal obligations, as Amazon's data protection policies require;
  3. try to identify individuals from de-identified or aggregated data; or
  4. upload personal data to the Service that it does not need.

4. Security and integrity

You must not:

  1. access, or try to access, other customers' data or accounts;
  2. probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Service, or bypass its security, rate limits, feature gates or usage limits, unless we have agreed to it in writing (security researchers: contact hello@xewi.app);
  3. introduce malware or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure;
  4. share account credentials outside your organisation or create accounts to evade a suspension; or
  5. use automated means to access the Service other than through interfaces we provide for that purpose.

5. Our data and IP

You must not:

  1. scrape, copy, resell, sublicense or redistribute the Service or its data, including market data sourced from our data providers;
  2. reverse engineer or decompile the Service, except where the law expressly allows it; or
  3. use the Service to build or train a competing product or model.

6. AI features

You must follow the AI Use Policy. In particular, you must not use AI features to create misleading product claims, fake endorsements, content that infringes intellectual property, or content that impersonates people or brands.

7. Enforcement

If we reasonably believe you have breached this policy, we may remove content, disable features, suspend or terminate your account, and report unlawful activity to the relevant authorities or to Amazon, as set out in the Terms of Service. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.
