By creating an account or using XEWI ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and XEWI ("we", "us", "our") operating at xewi.app.
XEWI is an Amazon seller operations platform that connects to your Amazon Seller Central account (via the SP-API) and Amazon Advertising account (via the Advertising API) to provide:
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into contracts on behalf of yourself or the business you represent. By using XEWI you represent that you meet these requirements.
To use the Service you must authorise XEWI to access your Amazon accounts via Amazon's official OAuth flows. By doing so, you confirm that:
You can revoke XEWI's access at any time via the Account settings page or via Amazon's Developer Permissions page. Revocation does not affect actions already completed.

You retain ownership of all data retrieved from your Amazon accounts. XEWI acts as a data processor on your behalf. Our collection, storage, and use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
XEWI surfaces negative keyword suggestions based on data from your Amazon Advertising account. These are suggestions only — you are responsible for reviewing and approving them before they are submitted to Amazon. XEWI makes no guarantee that any negative keyword will improve your advertising performance, and we are not liable for changes in campaign performance resulting from actions you approve through the Service.
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance, Amazon API outages, or unforeseen technical issues may cause temporary interruptions. We will notify you of planned maintenance where reasonably possible. Data syncs depend on the availability of Amazon's APIs, which are outside our control.
XEWI may offer free and paid subscription tiers. Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
The XEWI platform, including its code, design, and content, is owned by XEWI and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your own business purposes. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of any part of the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, XEWI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of advertising performance, or data loss. Our total liability to you in any 12-month period shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in that period.
You may close your account at any time via the Account settings page. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, violate Amazon's policies, or engage in conduct harmful to other users or the platform. Upon termination, your data is deleted in accordance with the retention periods set out in our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-platform notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
